Lou Gasparini Obtains Defense Verdict for the City of Newburgh
SG Partner Lou Gasparini, following a trial, successfully obtained a defense verdict on behalf of his client the City of Newburgh and Newburgh Illuminated on Monday March 17, 2025. The claim involved an allegation that the defendants injured plaintiff at the Newburgh Illuminated festival in June of 2019, when they negligently operated a motor vehicle within the crowd. The defendants denied any wrongdoing. The jury returned a verdict in under 30 minutes!
