SG Supports Hudson Valley Charities this Holiday Season

Schwab Gasparini continues its support of the Hudson Valley community this year with annual donations to two local charities dedicated to serving the needs of our less fortunate neighbors.

Once again, SG is fostering the efforts of the Putnam Community Action Partnership (CAP), which is a part of the Westchester Community Opportunity Program (WestCOP).

Giving turkey dinners and other hot meals during the Thanksgiving season to local families in need and the homeless was reflected in our assistance for the Putnam CAP Thanksgiving Drive. We are also donating to their December Holiday Toy Drive.

WestCOP, founded in 1965, is a private not-for-profit multi-service organization serving the lower Hudson Valley. It expanded into Putnam County, NY in 1986, when it opened Putnam CAP. The group’s mission is to mobilize and efficiently manage resources, through partnerships and collaborations, to help low-income and at-risk populations achieve greater self-sufficiency. Access Supports for Living is another charity that the firm supports annually. This agency is passionate about supporting the families and communities of the Hudson Valley who face the challenges of disability or mental illness. Over its 50-year history, the organization has grown to serve nine counties in New York and up to 10,000 individuals in need annually.

A food pantry, soup kitchen, referrals, intervention, summer youth employment, and children’s car seat are among a broad range of services available from Access Supports for Living. Details at https://accesssupports.org/.

By supporting these programs, Schwab Gasparini is committed to making a positive difference in the New York communities where we live and work.

About Schwab & Gasparini, PLLC

SG was founded in 2007 by lawyers who previously trained at larger litigation law firms in New York. The goal of the firm was to provide clients with big firm services, with small firm responsiveness and accessibility.

Today our success has been related to three core principles:

  1. Provide good efficient legal representation to clients;
  2. Use a team approach to collaborate with clients and keep them informed; and
  3. Use legal analytics and metrics to show clients how our strategies have worked for them.

On average, we resolve and adjudicate claims faster than other firms. When cases are settled, they are closed within our initial recommendations provided at the beginning of a case. Our legal fees, which are always proportionate to the case being handled, fall within our legal budget that we propose after retention.

SG maintains four New York offices in Syracuse, Albany, White Plains, and the Hudson Valley. Visit us online at https://www.schwabgasparini.com/ to learn more. Contact partner Lou Gasparini to discuss a potential matter.
