Partner

Carolyn A. Loftus is a Partner in the White Plains and Hudson Valley offices.  Carolyn graduated from St. John's University School of Law (J.D. 1985) and received her B.A. from the State University of New York at Stony Brook in 1982. She is admitted to practice law in the New York State Courts and the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern District's of New York.

Carolyn has practiced law for over 25 years, and has successfully litigated and negotiated hundreds of personal injury matters.  Prior to joining the Firm, Carolyn practiced at a large White Plains litigation firm and maintained her own law practice.  She has extensive experience handling general liability defense claims in cases involving premises liability, automobile accidents, municipal and school liability, wrongful death, medical malpractice, and products liability.
