Michael is a Partner of the firm working primarily from our White Plains and Hudson Valley offices.   He has extensive trial and litigation experience, taking verdicts from New York City through the Hudson Valley on a variety of personal injury matters, including high exposure claims. Michael earned the designation of Certified Litigation Management Professional (CLMP) in October 2023 after attending the 2023 CLM Litigation Management Institute. He graduated with honors from Pace University School of Law in 2009, where he served as an Articles Editor on the Pace International Law Review.  He graduated from Marist College in 2006 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice.

Prior to joining our firm, Michael practiced in White Plains on a  variety of complex personal injury matters, including serving as lead counsel on a number of multi-million dollar settlements and jury verdicts, and has argued numerous cases before the Appellate Divisions of the First and Second Department.  He has been repeatedly selected as a Super Lawyers New York Metro Rising Star, and is admitted to practice before the state courts in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut, the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.  He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, the Dutchess County Bar Association and the Westchester County Bar Association.

A native of Dutchess County, Michael currently resides there with his wife and three young daughters.  He served on the Beekman Town Board from 2014-2017, and was the Deputy Supervisor from 2016-2017.  He has also served as the Chair of the New Lawyers’ Section of the Westchester County Bar Association, and he was one of the first recipients of the WCBA New Lawyers Leadership Award.  He volunteers his time coaching youth sports.
