Carolyn Loftus Named Partner of the Firm

Carolyn Loftus has been named a Partner in the Firm.  Carolyn joined Schwab & Gasparini in 2008 focusing her practice in the area of civil litigation.  She has practiced law for over 25 years, and has successfully litigated and negotiated hundreds of personal injury matters.  Prior to joining the Firm, Carolyn practiced at a large White Plains litigation firm and maintained her own private law practice.  She has extensive experience handling general liability defense claims in cases involving premises liability, automobile accidents, municipal and school liability, wrongful death, medical malpractice, and products liability.
