SG Granted Summary Judgment in a Dismissal of Breach of Fiduciary Duty Claim
Schwab & Gasparini was granted summary judgment in a dismissal of breach of fiduciary duty claim asserted against our client, a Rockland County condominium board and its managing agent. The claim was the failure to expend board monies to remedy allegedly defective subflooring. The matter was handled by firm partner Michael Del Vecchio.
